All merchandise items are sold without warranty. Each item undergoes strict quality control before shipping; however, no additional product warranty is provided beyond delivery.


2. Eligibility for Return & Refund

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the order.

Returns are only eligible if:

  2. Unboxed or used products without issues are not eligible for return or refund


Change of mind is not accepted as a reason for return or refund.

4. Shipping Fees

Customers are required to bear the shipping costs for product returns.

If a refund is approved, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
